I have a lot of radio during the past 10 years or so. There are so many "techniques" to install the main unit. Everyone has their own opinion on what is right and wrong when a cable system, but only because it performs well.

I asked what the opinion changes in Majestic. How to install a number of units, and is always right?

First, if necessary, always use the trees. Aftermarket wiringwiring normally take the guessing out of the installation. These trees are attached to the vehicle wiring at the factory and provides a color code system. Just connect red to red, yellow to yellow, etc. But it's all an installer needs to know?

Start the digital multimeter. Power in the saddle One source will be constant 12 volts, the second would be ACC (ignition) 12 volts. These two will go with red and yellow wiresaftermarket head unit harness. They are marked. And 'generally a good idea to frame ground wire to the dashboard. Many head units have a connection that is already connected to ground wire. Secure it with some soldering and shrink tubing. Slide shrink tubing over one wire to connect and move them off the road. Close welding wire and a little dab on the threads. Cool, then remove the heat shrink overrespect. Heat with a heat gun / tube dryer to shrink to fit.

You can try looking at the color of cable Internet, but good luck. You say "typical" wire colors, but chances are it will be different. You can try two techniques to find the real discussions. Cut the rest of the wires using the factory. You can test the speakers with a good 9 volt battery to see which speakers. Two wires connected to the speaker himself will pop. Notethat makes the speaker panel and attach the speaker wires from the main unit. I like the single link and make sure the wires are the correct polarity. A speaker wire is not otherwise a good sound as connected. Continue with the technology to all the speakers are connected.

The other way is possible to find the drivers to turn off the main unit, but be very careful not to cross all lines. Start with a pair of wires and attach one at a time untilNoise. Note that this is a speaker and connect the speaker wires from the wires, not take polarity. Continue until all threads are in place. Zip wire to wire together and tuck neatly behind the unit.

Make sure you have a good connection with the earth conductor. Make sure the signal cables or RCA cables or escape from power, and is not parallel with their work.

If you have a trick that you can attach the lights 12 volt cable in ACCdevice and you will be able to turn the light switch position. Note that when the device is switched on, the dashboard lights, but not today. The wire used to light the factory radio to turn on the lights at night.
